Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, launches, or major promotions—but we’ll always keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processes.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Delays and Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@passionstruck.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
While we can't control carrier delays, we will always advocate on your behalf and make things right where we can.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and include your order number so we can assist.
